We are Florida Interscholastic Cycling League (FL NICA) a chapter of National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA). We are a non-profit organization that develops youth cycling programs using mountain bikes to build strong minds, bodies, character, and community. Open to all Florida youth in grades 5–12, our league provides education, training, licensing, and insurance for coaches and volunteers to ensure a safe, supportive environment.
We are committed to:
