This annual event is designed to bring together team directors, head and assistant coaches, ride leaders, parent volunteers, sponsors, and league staff—whether you’re new to FL NICA or a seasoned veteran— share strategies, strengthen skills, and build a more unified coaching community.\n\n\n\nThis year’s retreat promotes a holistic approach to youth development and community building using trail access as a catalyst, with a focus on fostering environments where student-athletes grow in confidence, character, and community.
